This is how you make French Fries

We bought the 1/2 inch slicer to go with our Weston Restaurant Quality French Fry Cutter - and discovered this is how you make restaurant like french fires - the cutter, plus the Weston Food Grade Silicone Spray and the 1/2 inch slicer is a solid tool kit for making french fries baked in the oven or deep fat fried. It does take a bit of muscle on the handle to push the potato throught the slicer - but it is very doable and rewarding.
