The grinder worked fast on the pork and beef that I fed it. Read the directions before assembly. It had some tips that helped.

like melted butter

We've only just bought this and used it once for a couple of chuck roasts and a pork roast, but it ran through both of them like it was going through melted butter. We used the coarse grind first and then fine. If it works this great for years to come we will be happy little clams!

The Realtree Outfitters #8 650 watt is the first electric meat grinder that I have purchased. This is a huge time saver and break on exertsion. I ground approximatley 40 pounds of venison and pork on my first use, no issues what so ever. I would recomend this product to anyone seeking an electric grinder for small scale use.
