Worked well for a little while.... September 15, 2014
Reviewer: Chad Pingel from Shiocton, WI US
I used this product for speeding up the process of processing tomatoes for salsa by using the salsa screen; it worked great. Then I put on the screen with the smallest diameter holes for making tomato soup and the screen broke at the seam. I am hoping I can return the screen for a new one. I even took the time to boil down the tomatoes to make them softer....This machine was purchased new.

Using the Tomato Strainer. September 5, 2013
Reviewer: Teri Sharkey from Sutton, NE US
So Far have enjoyed using the machine. a few problems with the tomato screen separating in the seam, but contacted customer service and they quickly replaced the part.  Also need a cover for the chute, so the juice can not squirt all over.

Roma Deluxe Electric Tomato Strainer August 20, 2012
Reviewer: Georgia Gardener from Kennesaw, GA US
This product was just as advertised and worked wonderfully! Processed tomatoes like a dream -- and very quickly. Also made some Fresh Tomato Basil soup (30 lbs of tomatoes along with carrots, onions and basil) and, instead of pressing it through a sieve as I did my first batch, I used the Tomato Strainer. This reduced the time factor from what would have taken me about 10 hours into 30 minutes.

When I first assembled the Strainer, I found that the locking knob had been broken in shipment. I called Weston to let them know and I had a new replacement knob in three days -- no charge whatsoever -- not even shipping. Great product and great customer service.

Few instructions December 18, 2011
Reviewer: Brad Koons from Felton, PA US
Waiting to make applesauce, but recipe in instructions not complete. States:" run through Tomato Strainer using the".
Using the what? I guess one of the three screens, but which one? Instructions do not tell what the three screens can be used for, only Tomato/Berry, Pumpkin, & Salsa. Weston need more details and recipes on Web site
