Works Great! January 9, 2014
Reviewer: Eileen Kulich from Las Vegas, NV US
Received the pasta maker for Christmas and just made my first pasta ever. The machine was super easy to use and the pasta turned out great! Which is really saying something since I am by no means a good cook. I also made the alfredo sauce from the recipe in the manual and again it was super easy. This machine makes me look good.  I can't wait to get the other attachments so I can try making other pastas.

pasta jammed up September 3, 2013
Reviewer: Allison Elliott from Hillsborough, CA US
used this twice with no problems. 3rd time we use it the pasta is jamming and notcoming out of the rollers. we cleaned it really carefully with brush and floured it well. Lookslike the scraper on the underside is now bent out of shape where the pasta bunched up. we managed to reverse the rollers and get the dough out, but it jams up each time we try to use it now. basically useless.

Success! August 15, 2013
Reviewer: Karen Simons from Columbia, LA US
I bought my machine this afternoon from Bed, Bath, and Beyond, took it home and read the instructions and watched a bunch of You Tube videos until I got enough courage to try this out.  I have NEVER made a homemade pasta or even laid eyes on a pasta machine.  I had a simple egg and flour noodle recipe and made it up, but my dough sure seemed too firm...Then company came over and the dough rested for an hour longer than the 20 minutes the recipe called for.  BUT...I made a bunch of fettucine noodles and they are so good!  No problems, and took just a little practice to seem easy. I am so impressed with my noodles and homemade pesto :-)

Spaghetti Attachment September 20, 2012
Reviewer: David Selig from Orchard Park, NY US
Update: I am impressed!  You all care!

I had two problems.  First - it was noisy - but a touch of vegtable oil fixed that problem.

And second - it did not make noodles on my first try - but just a sheet of pasta with grooves.  However - I had hurried up, and had not done a good job of making the batch of dough - I was heading out on vacation.  So after making a proper batch of dough - and oiling the rollers - everything worked great - nice spaghetti noodles.  And now I love the attachment.

Original Review: The spaghetti attachment does not work.  It creates a sheet of pasta with lines in it, and not noodles.  It is extremely noisy - making a metal grinding noise. The Roma Pasta machine base product works very well.
