I ordered 1 set of Universal Suction Cup Feet but Weston charged me for 2 sets but sent me 3 sets. I was very confused but with a simple call they were able to help me and fix the problem.I was only charged for the extra set not the 3rd set and got my money back. I sent back the 2 sets as well. They paid for shipping.. I know it looks like they made a mistake but in all they gave the best customer service one could ask for...Mistakes happen OK but it's how you handle the situation to correct the mistake that makes the difference. The more and more I call for support for help on any other product the more I find myself talking to a machine or someone I feel I am inconveniencing at that time..Just want to say Thank You and hope to do business with this company in the future...

I purchased the Weston French Fry machine from Fingerhut. On their website, you have to order the suction cups separately, but when I tried to order them I was told they were no longer carried - so I ordered them separately from Weston.
Turns out the cutter CAME with the suction cups, so now I have 2 sets!
That is not Weston's fault, however - it was Fingerhuts
