Not a good product. March 7, 2017
Reviewer: Ben Putnam from North Vancouver, WA US
The carriage applies pressure to the thickness setting which changes the thickness each cut. The carriage sits to far from the base which forces the blade to push whatever you're cutting beneath the carriage. There are too many problems to list and frankly it's a dangerous appliance.

parts and customer service are suck October 3, 2016
Reviewer: Brian May from Senoia, GA US
the customer service department is very hard to get in touch with. they never call you back . I have not gotten to talk to anyone as of yet . In trying to order parts for my 7.5 inch meat slicer has become impossible . there is no list or place to order them from. you can for the 9 inch meat slicer though.  I have been trying to get the locking screw for my product to no avail.  The slicer is not powerful enough to cut cold items.  it leaves tails on product  leaving me to believe. the blade is not sharp enough.   I would not buy this product very inferior and there is no customer service to help as far as I have seen .  call them you'll get a recording

Meat slicer September 19, 2016
Reviewer: A D from Fulton, NY US
Slicing cold cuts produced some varying results, from thickness changes to incomplete cuts, i.e. trailing edges on the slices. The provolone cheese resisted any kind of uniformity. The motor was powerful enough, ( I would not get a slicer with a smaller motor), but I feel the blade was lacking the sharpness to do an efficient job. Overall, the unit was worth its' cost, just not what I was looking for.

This Weson slicer is superior to others I've owned January 23, 2012
Reviewer: Kathleen Rivas from Valdosta, GA US
I've had two other slicers over the years, so I'm rather experienced at using these for slicing cooked and raw meats as well as cheeses. This one is by far the best. The blade large and the motor powerful and the food tray glides easily while slicing. Changing the desired thickness is easy, but not so easy that I'm afraid of breaking the knob (yes, been there done that). It's a quality product and the price is excellent as I have paid more for a lower quality slicer.

200 watt meat slicer January 17, 2012
Reviewer: justin milauckas from Woodland Hills, CA US
I rec your product.
The screw that tightens the blade is warped.
When I unscrewed the blade to remove it for cleaning before using it, I noticed when I twist the screw , it is warped.  Also the black plastic circle behind the blade came off, and no where in the instructions did it say where it goes.
This unit needs to be replaced
