First Use was Awesome January 6, 2017

I used this to grind up 15 pounds of venison and stuff sausages and it worked great.  I ground the meat in two stages using both grinder plates supplied with the unit and it never bogged down.  The first round of stuffing was too slow because I didn't use the high-speed auger.  The second round I used it and the process went much faster and I had fewer issues with the grind warming up and melting the fat.
